Sonya Centre Manager/Head Teacher Bachelor of Teaching - Early Childhood

Christine Registered Teacher Bachelor of Teaching - Early Childhood
I love to explore and research alongside children and believe they provide us with a special insight into the world. Children are competent and confident problem solvers and I enjoy helping them set their own goals and construct working theories about their world. I like to see children actively explore with all their senses both indoors and out.
Cooking has always been my passion and mixed with love, creating nourishing food for my own 3 young children. I have been able to deliver healthy food habits to my own table. Having great food choices ensures we are raising healthy and happy Otago Childcare tamariki. I am community focused along side being active with coaching sport and volunteering my time in Dunedin for various charities.
