I am a newly qualified provisionally registered kaiako. I wish for tamariki and their whanau feel welcomed, comfortable and at home at OCC. From here children can get about the important task of play and enjoy their days, all the while gaining a really positive view of themselves as a capable and lifelong learner and a valuable member of world! I have a special interest in science and New Zealand natural heritage and am working on my te reo Māori.

Kia ora koutou. I have 18 years teaching experience and have worked for Otago Childcare for 13 years. My passion is advocating for peaceful and respectful partnerships. I have a special interest in the world of infants and toddlers and in strengthening continuity between home and centre life.
I am from Dunedin and I live with my partner and 2 children. Over the last 10 years I have worked in secondary and tertiary education. Now with the move to Otago Childcare it has taken me full circle into early childhood. I am thoroughly enjoying the new challenge in the role of centre cook and look forward to making nutritious home made meals.
